At Vintage Box Bar it is our aim and intent to make your event special. From Birthday Parties to Corporate events, we have got it covered.
Our Vintage Horse Box Bar is perfect for any outdoor event or marquee.
We also appreciate that our beautiful Vintage Horse Box Bar is not suitable for every occasion. However, our anytime, anywhere bar can be set up in any location to provide you with the same fantastic mobile bar service.
All events will have a minimum of two fully trained uniformed staff who will run the bar, serve drinks and provide you with a professional, friendly, and helpful service.
Cash Bar
A £250 non refundable booking fee secures your booking and we will provide a fully stocked bar to suit your requirements.
Cash or Cards accepted Minimum Spend £500
Open Bar
A £250 non refundable booking fee is required and after an initial payment is made at the event a ‘tab’ will be kept. At the end of the event a full record of all drinks purchased will be provided when the bill is settled in full.

Dry Hire
£500 per day- stock our bar with your own drinks! For an additional £150 per event we can provide if required two fully trained staff.
Refundable damage deposit required
Corporate Events
Add your own company logo to advertise your business in style at any event. Allow us to provide the drinks and service or alternatively ‘dry’ hire from us.
